What is CBD?
CBD is legal in all 50 states. It does not get you high! CBD is a hemp plant derivative, usually sold as an oil. Do not confuse with THC, which does get you high.
There are MANY health claims from CBD:
relieve inflammation, relieve headaches, improve sleep, help with depression and anxiety, promotes bone growth, increase sex drive. Some say they used it to help fight cancer and autoimmune diseases.
There are many strains of cannabis and many combinations of those strains. You must research the ratio of the CBD versus the THC. For autoimmune some say 1:1 works. For cancer, some have said a 4:1 ratio of CBD to THC worked for them.
